Job Summary
Perform QC checks on various file types to ensure subtitles align with industry standards, client requirements, and Deluxe guidelines regarding timing, formatting, and language. Verify that all deliverables are error-free by referencing project documents and maintain an average quality record of 99.7% while ensuring 100% on-time delivery for all clients. Audit workflows and mentor new joiners as required. Adhere to department schedules and standard operating procedures while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This role supports Deluxe's global content distribution, localization, and mastering services for major media and entertainment clients including Netflix, Disney, and Amazon.

- You can operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Sound technical knowledge and excellent command of Microsoft Windows systems and Office Suite
- A strong command over both written and verbal communication
