Job Summary
Quality Control Specialist responsible for analyzing and resolving draft, audit, and transaction challenges in the client/builder context; may assist in account underwriting, verification, and approvals; performs high-volume data entry with accuracy; updates drafts per client requests; researches client files to identify payment and performance-fee issues; processes third-party requests related to settlements; contacts creditors to reestablish agreements; processes scheduled payments of negotiated settlements and audits for accuracy; supports department operations; communicates with accounting for refunds or fees referrals; reports to Quality Control Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED (required)
- 1-2 years' experience in a financial industry (preferred)
