Job Summary
Manage comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, inspections, weld maps, torque maps, and compliance records. Conduct visual inspections to ensure installed products meet project requirements, company standards, and local codes, communicating any issues to supervisors, foremen, and project managers. Review project documents for accuracy and completeness, checking for errors or missing information to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with superintendents and managers to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Provide knowledge and guidance to Quality Control Specialist I and project team members. Complete 20 hours of continuing education or obtain a professional certification by December 31st annually. This role supports ENFRA's leadership in the Energy-as-a-Service sector, focusing on safety outcomes and operational efficiency within a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of construction or fabrication experience
- Osha 30
- Ability to create reports and documents using Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and other various software
- General knowledge of quality programs and processes
