Quality Control Shift Technician

Job Summary
Perform comprehensive quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products, analyze test data, and prepare detailed reports. Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment through routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot minor malfunctions and escalate major issues. Communicate test results and quality issues to cross-functional teams (production, R&D, quality management); participate in investigations to determine root causes of nonconforming product and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain quality-related documents (SOPs, test records, calibration certificates) and support audits in accordance with industry standards and the company’s quality management system. Manage inventory of laboratory consumables and supplies, and ensure proper storage to preserve quality and stability.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or closely related fields
- Able to adapt to shift work, including night shifts and weekend shifts
