Quality Control

Quality Control role focusing on collaboration with medical equipment customers to coordinate cleaning, inspection, availability, and shipping of devices. Key duties include alerting and updating the Inventory Management System on inspection status, directing inbound units to proper areas for repair, coordinating repair schedules, performing decontamination where required, conducting basic functional testing (including tests involving medical gases), ensuring accurate barcode labeling and shipping timelines, managing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation, supporting tradeshow staging, and communicating with clients about inventory availability. The position has Level I–III progression with increasing responsibilities, including troubleshooting, mentorship of junior personnel, escalation with field teams, and maintaining compliance with MedTec SOPs and ISO quality standards. Essential skills include effective communication, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, forklift operation, immunization compliance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic PC tasks.
