Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in roofing, building envelope, or construction operations
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory, QA/QC, or service-related role
Desired Qualifications
- Technical experience in roofing, building envelope, or construction operations
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems including flat roofing, shingles, metal systems, and flashing assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Experience investigating leaks, system failures, and building envelope issues
- Familiarity with Ontario construction practices, safety standards, and building code requirements
