Job Summary
Quality Control Representative on site in Greater Buffalo, NY. Monitors and evaluates workmanship across multiple roofing projects, performs planned and random inspections, ensures compliance with installation specifications and building codes, enforces OSHA safety guidelines, documents onsite visits, and conducts final QC inspections within 24 hours of project completion. Responsibilities include picking up and delivering materials as needed, reporting major installation errors to Production Manager, participating in subcontractor/production meetings, and capturing progress and after photos for CRM. Requires 5+ years of commercial roofing experience and 3+ years of foreman experience; ability to interpret blueprints; capability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; team-oriented, deadline-driven environment. Required Qualifications
