Job Summary
Develop and implement quality control processes for production while analyzing and optimizing technological processes to meet standards. Create and maintain quality documentation, define key quality indicators, and monitor product compliance with internal and international standards. Collaborate with stakeholders from production planning, flight test, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations, and work with suppliers to initiate corrective actions for component deviations. Analyze customer complaints to develop measures reducing defects and participate in internal and external quality audits. Train personnel on quality standards and control methods. This role supports the manufacturing of Ukrainian drones in Europe, combining battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to deliver reliable tools for democratic armies.
Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Technologist in manufacturing
- Knowledge of key quality control methodologies (FMEA, 8D, SPC, 5Why, PDCA)
- Experience in developing technological documentation and control procedures
- Ability to work with measuring equipment and analyze measurement results
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and analytical tools
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Professional skills of communication in English or German
