Job Summary
Coordinate daily quality assurance and food safety compliance checks while leading the QC team during shifts. Investigate and document non-conformances, manage stock rejections, and oversee pest control contractors to ensure regulatory adherence. Proactively identify improvements to the Quality Management System and support supplier processes. This permanent full-time role in Jandakot, Perth requires two years of QA/QC experience and HACCP/GMP knowledge. You will report to the QC Lead in a dynamic global food technology environment with opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role
- A sound understanding of Food Safety standards (HACCP/GMP) within food manufacturing
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a mentoring mindset
- A collaborative team player with a flexible 'can-do' attitude
- Motivated to meet and exceed quality control standards with keen attention to detail
- Must have the right to work full-time in Australia
