Job Summary
Administrative support to the Quality Control team, including managing documentation related to project deviations and customer audits, reviewing audits for discrepancies, and submitting quality-control photos to customers. Provide essential support to Supervisors, participate in ongoing training and professional development, and uphold company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives. 100% on-site role in a construction/telecom quality-control context with some travel; requires strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a construction or quality control environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
