Job Summary
Verify customer orders against picking forms to ensure accuracy and review customer-specific instructions and requirements. Complete and maintain quality control documentation, including filling out instruction forms for drivers with clear and legible handwriting. Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain organized records while supporting daily warehouse operations. This short-term assignment runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM for nine weeks at $17.00 per hour. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good reading comprehension skills to interpret customer instructions
- Legible handwriting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for 5+ hours at a time
- Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment
- Capable of performing repetitive inspection and verification tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
