Quality Control Manager

Job Summary
Oversee all quality-related functions in the plant, manage ISO quality systems, and lead lean/six sigma initiatives. Act as the primary plant liaison with customers to address processing issues and respond to complaints by managing root cause investigations and corrective actions. Develop quality standards for raw materials and finished products, oversee lab functions and personnel, and implement material cost-saving plans. Work directly with corporate and local purchasing on vendor quality and supply issues, including vendor selection and qualification. Participate in annual budget planning and all compliance activities, including Hazcom and SDS system maintenance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality and four to seven years of related experience. ISO certification and Six Sigma/Lean knowledge are preferred. The incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, sit, and use hands effectively.

- Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer, or Business
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality
- Four to seven years related experience and/or training
