Job Summary
Lead site-level quality operations ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100. Drive measurable improvements in product, process, and customer quality while reducing defects through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Partner with Engineering and Operations for product launches and oversee quality management systems and internal audits. Responsible for training quality teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management (or equivalent experience)
- 8–10 years of industrial experience, preferably in electronics or precision manufacturing
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing quality functions
- Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 required
- Demonstrated knowledge of FAIs, incoming inspection systems, and qualification testing aligned with industry standards (e.g., IPC, MIL, customer-specific standards)
- Strong background in QMS, RCCM, SPC, FMEA, and control plans
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Skilled in quality reporting and data visualization (Excel, PowerBI a plus)
