Quality Control Manager Site Safety and Health Officer

Job Summary
Coordinate daily with the Construction Project Manager and oversee onsite construction operations at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Maintain project schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure workmanship complies with plans, specifications, and contract documents. Complete daily reporting, catalog site photos, track punch lists, and facilitate both the Company Safety and Quality Control programs. Monitor work against submittal requirements and assist with gathering O&M manuals for closeout. Maintain ECMS and other government reporting systems while leading CSI trade divisions. Requires 5+ years of government construction experience, CQM certificate, and OSHA 30 certification.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer that has renovation type projects
- Experience working with ECMS
- Minimum of 5-years of experience working as a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer on government construction projects
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and associated software
- Experience working on smartphones and tablets
- Ability to work with numerous subcontractors and support staff in an efficient manner
- Ability to read Plans, Specifications, and Shop Drawings
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications
- CQM (Construction Quality Management) Certificate Required
