Job Summary
Quality Control Manager for hyperscale data center projects leading Rowan’s QA/QC program, ensuring lease compliance, site inspections, and overall quality from planning through turnover. Role requires managing quality activities on multiple sites, coordinating with owners, GC/subcontractors, and internal teams; proficient in Procore; conducting site surveys, coordinating inspections, closeout documentation, and ensuring adherence to contract and client requirements. Travel up to 15% and full-time onsite in Temple, TX. Emphasis on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement of QA/QC programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years construction experience
- Minimum 2 years site-based QA/QC roles
- Procore proficiency or strong CM software skills
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
- Knowledge of green building practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience with data center development or similar large-scale projects
- OSHA training is a plus
