Job Summary
Develop and maintain quality surveillance and tracking systems for maintenance shops and subcontractors while implementing QC plans to ensure environmental and performance compliance. Advise the Project Manager on quality control, safety, and environmental program status, including strategies, issues, and potential problem areas. Monitor work assignments and projects for safety or health issues, investigate complaints, and report findings to the project manager. Produce and analyze reports to validate compliance with contract requirements and recommend modifications to achieve optimum quality. This part-time role averages 10-15 hours per week with a salary of $40,000-$50,000. The position requires a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 + years as a QC/Safety Manager or 5 + years as a QC Inspector in a DoD facilities support services/hazardous waste disposal management environment
- Construction Quality Management course within 5 years
- Valid driver's license compliant with REAL ID Act or are you willing and able to obtain one
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain access to military installations
- Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
