Job Summary
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will implement and manage the quality control program in collaboration with project superintendents, coordinating multiple QC engineers and resolving QC issues with stakeholders. Responsibilities include participating in quality control/safety processes, reviewing inspection reports, maintaining project quality logs, and auditing trade partner quality procedures. Ideal candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction, valid driver’s license, and proficiency in relevant software.
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture or construction management
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects
- Valid Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates
- Prolog
- Primavera
- AutoCAD
