Job Summary
Lead monthly safety trainings, management reviews, and PPE compliance while maintaining ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards across all plant processes. Conduct daily plant floor audits and dock inspections, then audit outgoing jobs before shipment to ensure work instructions are followed. Perform testing on all outgoing products, review and approve test reports, and manage retained samples for shipped jobs. Direct a team of Quality Technicians and lab attendants, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training. Manage specification databases, track cost of quality, and resolve customer complaints and corrective actions. Lead APQP processes for new part launches and validate camera inspection systems to reduce downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–4 years of related experience

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, specifications, and customer requirements
- Strong mathematical ability including probability, statistical inference, geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule‐based instructions
- Strong logical reasoning and problem‐solving skills
- Must wear appropriate PPE
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
