Job Summary
Quality Control Manager responsible for developing and implementing project-specific Quality Control Plans, conducting regular site inspections, reviewing submittals and certifications, identifying non-conformances, maintaining QC documentation, coordinating inspections with stakeholders, mentoring field personnel, and presenting quality reports. Requires extensive QA/QC knowledge (ISO 9001, USACE QA/QC, ASTM, ACI), leadership of QA/QC processes across multiple teams, and travel to job sites. Must hold a Bachelor�s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience along with USACE CQM and OSHA-30 certifications. Travel throughout the United States and ability to operate a vehicle are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field AND 10+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- USACE CQM Certification required.
- OSHA-30 certification required.
