Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspectors while ensuring they possess the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to execute their work. Maintain high standards for quality workmanship and client satisfaction through detailed documentation and quick decision-making. Manage daily operations across assigned projects, which may require travel or relocation. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check. This role supports the Vice President of Engineering and Quality within the construction sector.
