Job Summary
Prioritize quality control tasks based on production needs and shipment arrivals, ensuring proper assignment within the team. Drive production continuity through workload analyses and implement relevant actions regarding processes, tools, and resources. Guarantee compliance with incoming inspection processes and deliverable conformity while measuring effectiveness via specific analyses and performance metrics. Manage team training plans and perform ad hoc quality control tasks as required. Maintain ISO 1101, ISO 9001, and EN 9100 standards proficiency while applying problem-solving methodologies like Ishikawa and 8D. Leverage French and English fluency to foster team spirit and draft technical documents within a collaborative, global engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on mechanical or electromechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in team management within industrial quality control
- Fluency in French and English (professional proficiency required, both oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and independently
- Knowledge of ISO 1101: geometric tolerances (mechanical parts)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards
- Problem-solving skills (ISHIKAWA, 5W, 8D)
- Proficiency in process failure analysis (FMEA)
