Job Summary
Lead and develop the internal quality control team for concrete production, oversee mix design creation and optimization to meet strength, durability and cost-efficiency, ensure procedures comply with ASTM/ACI and state/federal standards, perform field inspections and materials testing (slump, compressive strength, air content), troubleshoot concrete performance issues, ensure MNDOT and regulatory compliance, develop submittal packages and manage Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to support sustainability; require ability to guide a geographically dispersed team and maintain a rigorous quality culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in concrete mix design and analysis
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects
- In-depth knowledge of ACI standards and ASTM testing methods
- PE preferred
