Job Summary
Planate Management Group (Planate) seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to implement and oversee construction quality control programs for projects of similar size and type. The role ensures compliance with project requirements, host country codes, standards, and construction practices; conducts site inspections; maintains quality control records; coordinates with subcontractors, stakeholders, and government representatives; and supports successful project completion through QA and on-site oversight in Cyprus. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of QC experience are required; role is on-site in Cyprus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, or Construction Management
- More than 5 years of experience in construction quality control for projects of similar size and type
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Ability to work on site as project needs
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Ability to prepare and provide a list of similar past projects, including project year, project type, role, and key responsibilities
- Strong quality control, documentation, inspection, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
