Job Summary
Planate Management Group seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to implement and oversee construction quality control programs for projects of similar size and type. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the Quality Control Plan, conducting inspections and QA reviews, monitoring workmanship and materials for conformance to specifications, identifying deficiencies and overseeing corrective actions, maintaining QC documentation and inspection records, and coordinating quality-related activities with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, or Construction Management, more than 5 years of QC experience, knowledge of host country codes and practices, on-site work ability, and proficient English communication.

- More than 5 years of experience in construction quality control for projects of similar size and type
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Ability to work on site as project needs
- Proficient in written and verbal English
