Job Summary
Quality Control Manager to implement and oversee construction quality control programs for projects of similar size and type. Ensure compliance with host country codes, standards, and construction practices; conduct site inspections; maintain quality control records; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues; and support successful project completion through effective quality assurance and on-site oversight. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in construction quality control, plus ability to work on site in Cyprus and communicate in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, or Construction Management
- More than 5 years of experience in construction quality control for projects of similar size and type
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Ability to work on site as project needs
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Ability to prepare and provide a list of similar past projects, including project year, project type, role, and key responsibilities
- Strong quality control, documentation, inspection, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
