Job Summary
Quality Control Manager to implement and oversee construction quality control programs for projects of similar size and type in Cyprus. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the project Quality Control Plan, conducting inspections and QA reviews to verify contract requirement compliance, monitoring workmanship and materials for conformity to specifications, identifying deficiencies and overseeing corrective actions, maintaining quality control documentation and inspection records, and coordinating quality-related activities with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Science or Construction Management, 5+ years of construction quality control experience, knowledge of host country codes/standards, ability to work on-site, and fluent English. The role is full-time, on-site in Cyprus, with an Affirmative Action/EEO employer stance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, or Construction Management
- More than 5 years of experience in construction quality control for projects of similar size and type
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Ability to work on site as project needs
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Ability to prepare and provide a list of similar past projects, including project year, project type, role, and key responsibilities
- Strong quality control, documentation, inspection, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
