Job Summary
Oversee all quality and EHS related functions, supervise Quality staff within a NADCAP QMS environment, and complete monthly internal audits. Develop and approve process and inspection plans compliant with customer and industry requirements while hosting customer and regulatory audits to maintain AS9100 and NADCAP certification. Perform root cause analysis for discrepant products, evaluate customer correspondence, and ensure regulatory compliance across all functional responsibilities. This role involves managing a team of three or more within a metal surface treatment technology facility in Peachtree City, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- AS9100, NADCAP, experience is required (internal and external audits)
- Must be able to manage and develop the QMS system
- Must be able to effectively manage a team of 3 + delegate and collaborate with the management team
- Must be a US Citizen
- 3-5years of chemical processing experience
- Experience with Nadcap accreditation process and auditing
- Background in metal finishing or coating manufacturing environment
