Job Summary
Quality Controls Manager responsible for leading regional quality control efforts for concrete construction, including pre-construction review, technical guidance on quality issues related to submittals and RFIs, and coordination with project teams and GC/Owner. Responsibilities include contract/scope/specification review, pre-construction specification and mix design review with corporate quality leadership, ensuring project safety and regional quality compliance, conducting periodic site visits, developing practical solutions to quality issues, and managing/mentoring project quality staff. Candidates should have 5+ years of concrete construction experience, strong knowledge of concrete production, testing and placement practices, and familiarity with applicable codes (ACI, PCI, TCA); proven ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively across disciplines.

- Experience leading successful project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction management, Engineering or other construction related field recommended
