Job Summary
Quality Control Manager sought to oversee federal construction QC operations, including submittal coordination/review, updating the submittal register, inspections of materials/workmanship, supervising special inspections, verifying qualifications, maintaining rework/deficiency logs, and coordinating with USACE QC requirements. The role requires extensive construction experience (10+ years), government project experience, Army Corps RMS system knowledge, CQM-C certification, Procore proficiency, and a track record with ground-up build projects, along with strong documentation, QA/QC, and safety/compliance practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in construction
- Experience managing Government projects
- Experience in Army Corp RMS system management and input
- CQM-C certification
- Procore
- Ground up build construction experience
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PDF
