Job Summary
Quality Control Manager responsible for coordinating and inspecting quality control operations on federal construction projects, including submittal coordination, updating submittal registers, performing inspections of materials and workmanship, supervising special inspections, verifying qualifications, and maintaining deficiency logs; experience with USACE QC management, RMS system, and Procore required; proficiency with Office tools and ability to operate on mixed office/site environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in construction
- Experience managing Government projects
- Experience in Army Corp RMS system management and input
- CQM-C certification
- Procore
- Ground up build construction experience
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PDF
