Job Summary
Quality Control Manager for Batch Plant leads quality control across projects, performing pre-construction specification and mix-design reviews, providing technical assistance on quality issues with submittals and RFIs, ensuring safety and regional quality compliance, coordinating with GC/Owner and CSI Operations, developing solutions with project teams, and managing project quality staff. Requires strong communication and writing skills, ability to lead teams, and deep knowledge of concrete production, testing, applicable codes (ACI, PCI, TCA). Establishes goals and milestones, monitors progress, and drives continuous quality improvements on multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with concrete construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete production, testing and placement practices
- Bachelor's degree in Construction management, Engineering or other construction related field recommended
