Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a production area focusing on quality and food safety. Responsibilities include coordinating startup activities, planning for next-day operations, monitoring team hours and productivity, coordinating with other leads to manage tasks and outages, driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost, supporting the Food Safety Program, operating systems to track quality trends and production activity, auditing 5S and cleanliness, coordinating fruit grade activities to ensure Pre-grade standards, interpreting company policies to team members, ensuring training on safe operation of equipment, and coaching team members to higher performance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years leadership experience preferred, English proficiency with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, and advanced computer skills (Excel/Word). On-site (in-person) role in Mission, TX.

- English proficiency (speak, read, write)

- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a production environment (preferred)
