Job Summary
Quality Control Lead is responsible for the timely processing of returned orders, directing QC Technicians, overseeing QC checks per Rentex protocols, and managing all required paperwork and reporting. The role involves cleaning, testing, and maintaining a large AV equipment inventory, troubleshooting and diagnosing system problems, configuring equipment racks, managing firmware versions, organizing the QC space, ensuring top cosmetic condition of equipment, and handling shipping/receiving tasks. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/early mornings, good communication and problem-solving skills, safe work practices, and experience with inventory, data entry, and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is acceptable, with 3+ years in an AV production environment preferred and forklift experience preferred (training available). The position is full-time with rotating hours and potential high-demand overtime; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
Required Qualifications

- Prior forklift experience preferred (will train and certify)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
