Job Summary
Lead, Quality Control in Massachusetts to monitor and coach QC Technicians, verify adherence to company and regulatory standards, collect and report data (KPIs) to the National Manager, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include conducting inspections across manufacturing stages, ensuring SOP compliance, managing data accuracy and documentation, supporting audits and corrective actions, and coordinating communication of quality and compliance issues. Requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, effective written and verbal communication, and experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, particularly cannabis.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Experience in a quality control or quality assurance role in cannabis or similarly highly-regulated industry
- Experience overseeing and coaching a team
- Experience with the Plan-Do-Act-Check (PDAC) cycle is preferred
