Job Summary
Operate QC lab equipment including water activity meters, Ro Tap, microscopes, and HPLC to analyze and communicate data while adhering to all GMPs and SOPs. Release raw ingredient and raw packaging samples for timely qualification, digitize paper batch records, and assist in certification upkeep for Organic, GFCO, and Kosher standards. Perform periodic GMP checks on the production floor, support the deputy QC Manager, and develop AI commands for efficiency. This role requires a high school diploma or GED with STEM coursework, lab knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft and basic computer systems. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Currently in University majoring in a STEM field
- Lab knowledge and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft, AI, and basic computer systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn new skills and grow
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
- Constantly moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Adjusting or moving objects up to __ pounds in all directions
- Communicating with others to exchange information
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
