Quality Control Lab Technician - Night Shift

Job Summary
Perform standard and non-routine QC tests including physical and chemical testing of polymer resins for membrane separator production; maintain calibration status of equipment, prepare data certificates for product shipments, and manage lab documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support ISO 9000/TS16949 initiatives, participate in 5S and Lean continuous improvement, and train others as needed. Operate in a high-performance quality lab on a 12-hour night shift with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely data reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of laboratory testing methods for polymers preferred
- Experience with ISO 9000 / TS16949 quality systems a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good math skills and unit conversions (English/Metric)
- Strong documentation and data-record keeping
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to maintain calibration of equipment
- Experience with resin testing and analytical lab environments preferred
