Quality Control Lab Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products, including Brix, pH, titratable acidity, viscosity, specific gravity, color evaluation, and product sensory testing. Collect and evaluate production samples according to established plans, conduct environmental monitoring and sanitation verification, and calibrate laboratory instruments. Prepare reagents and standards, record results in databases, and verify compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, FDA, and internal standards. Assist in shelf-life studies, validation activities, and root cause investigations while supporting internal and third-party audits. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization in a combination of lab and production floor settings. Requires 1–3 years of food manufacturing experience and an Associate degree in a related scientific field. Weekly pay with direct deposit, health insurance, and various supplemental policies available after the 90-day introductory period.

Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of laboratory experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and FDA regulations
- Associate degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field
