Job Summary
Test production batches according to specific written methods and interpret results and historical data to ensure products meet customer requirements. Identify in-spec and out-of-spec data issues and provide instructions to production personnel regarding batch adjustments. Operate heavy machinery, perform general housekeeping, and maintain a safe work environment while independently executing supervisor-assigned tasks. Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Eligible for performance-based bonus. Criminal history review required for access to proprietary information and raw materials.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
