Quality Control Lab Assistant

Support laboratory operations and production quality assurance in a production environment; responsibilities include overseeing batch retain sample management, maintaining finished product retention samples (includes operating a pallet jack), conducting flavor retrieval and testing, preparing water ice and sensory setup, preparing weight sheets, maintaining lab cleanliness, assisting with housekeeping, verifying floor scales for accuracy and compliance, cross-training on basic QC tasks including data entry, sample preparation for viscosity testing, bake tests, outbound product quality checks. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, basic computer skills for data entry and documentation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
