Job Summary

A strong understanding of residential construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret construction drawings are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in field inspection, construction, or utility-related work
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
