Job Summary
Safely assemble, test, and inspect electronic and electro-mechanical products from written instructions to ensure no workmanship or material defects are passed downstream. Operate complex machines and automated tools as needed while managing time efficiently to meet on-time delivery targets. Complete work according to relevant standards and make recommendations to improve quality, productivity, or reduce cost. Maintain a proactive attitude by organizing workspaces, performing machine maintenance, or assisting with light janitorial duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow documentation with accuracy
- Ability to work well on a team
- Proactive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, or IPC-A-620 certification preferred
- Experience with complex machine assembly
- Experience with cable and wire soldering
- Basic understanding of flow lines
