Job Summary
Implement and support GMP regulations by inspecting manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes. Complete incoming quality checks, review batch records, and approve line clearances while communicating failures to supervisors. Perform SIP audits, documentation control checks, and equipment calibration reviews. Monitor compliance, provide training to facility areas, and assist the Quality Manager with administrative support and root cause analysis. Travel to other facilities as needed. Work in a warehouse setting with long standing periods and lifting 25-30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform and record inspections and observations accurately, prepare and present records and reports and observe safety precautions and regulations such as GMPs
- Ability to deal with staff and the Customer in a positive and successful manner
- Ability to demonstrate highly conscientious work performance
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrate ability to be part of multi-functional team
- Ability to evaluate quality control and quality assurance statistics
- Ability to plan workload and remain flexible if changes are required due to demands
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be willing to work overtime or off shift if necessary
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs
- Must be able to handle strong odors
- Travels to other facilities as needed
