Job Summary
Quality Control Inspector (Temporary) at ARC’teryx responsible for in-line quality inspections, water leakage tests, raw material inspections, and collaboration with quality and production teams to troubleshoot issues; requires familiarity with Arc’teryx product specifications, attention to detail, and ability to meet daily production targets; duties include documenting results, notifying supervisors of discrepancies, and contributing to 5S/housekeeping projects.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the quality control and/or garment industry
- accurate colour acuity
- basic English verbal and written communication
- high attention to detail
- ability to work well independently and efficiently without direct supervision and to work effectively as a team
- excellent organizational skills and flexibility
- basic computer knowledge with the ability to operate a tablet and data entry
- strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with difficult situation with tact and professionalism
- proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
