Job Summary
Review work orders and instructions, then perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure they meet strict safety and regulatory standards. Identify and document defective or nonconforming materials with the authority to halt operations if necessary, while verifying incoming components and maintaining accurate inventory records. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and other tools as needed, ensuring assigned areas and equipment remain clean and functional. This role requires the ability to lift items weighing 10–50 lbs and involves frequent standing, walking, and bending.
