Job Summary
Quality Control Inspector on 2nd shift on the production floor responsible for in-process and final inspections of plastic sheet and roll products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and Grimco quality standards. Duties include using precision measuring equipment, verifying color and surface quality, documenting inspection results, and partnering with production to maintain quality throughout each run. The role requires reading work orders and specifications, attention to detail, and contributes to root-cause investigations and continuous improvement. Shift is 2:00pm–10:30pm with a pay range of $22–$24 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential; located on site in Manchester, NH with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read work orders and specifications
- Preferred: Experience in plastics, printing, converting, or industrial production
