Job Summary
Quality Control Inspector responsible for monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure compliance, supporting GMP adherence, verifying product labeling and changeovers, aseptic sampling of products and production environment, and entering results into the laboratory portal. Performs routine sampling of pre-harvest and post-harvest products, ensures chain of custody for samples, provides training as needed, and handles data entry for validation studies and special projects. Also monitors PPE and quality-supply inventory and completes other quality-related tasks or projects as assigned. Shift is 8 PM–8 AM on a rotating schedule with on-site work in Berea, KY.
