Job Summary
Verify dimensional, visual, and physical product requirements using handheld gauges, optical equipment, and metallurgical testing tools throughout multiple manufacturing stages. Operate specialized laboratory equipment to inspect furnace samples for physical properties and prepare inspected components for shipment. Transport production materials and powder as needed while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Support ISO procedures, work instructions, and internal audits by assisting manufacturing teams with quality investigations. Work the second shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM) to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform detailed inspections
- Comfortable using measurement equipment
- Able to follow documented procedures
- Willing to work second shift
- Commitment to workplace safety
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing quality inspection experience
- Experience using handheld gauges
- Familiarity with Oasis inspection equipment
- Experience with metallurgical testing
- ISO 9001 quality system exposure
- Internal auditing experience
