Quality Control Inspector I

Quality Control Inspector I performs inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify dimensions and specifications, documents results, identifies defects and deviations, and reports findings. Uses measurement tools, reads instructions and blueprints, collaborates with production or distribution teams to address quality issues, implements corrective actions, and supports development of QC procedures. May operate powered material handling equipment and works under SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory guidelines (GMP, GDP, ISO, 21 CFR 820, 210-211) to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
