Quality Control Inspector

Inspect electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components, and parts for conformance to specifications using gages, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids. Perform visual inspections of electronic cards and units to ensure reliability and workmanship, while verifying that all required process operations have been completed. Enter quality data into electronic or manual systems and notify personnel of unusual defects or process deviations below acceptable levels. Provide timely feedback to manufacturing regarding non-conforming products, accurately complete administrative activities, conduct process audits, assist with standard interpretation, and help dispose of non-conforming materials.
