Job Summary
Inspect finished cap embroidery for defects across all shifts, ensuring consistency with customer paperwork (styles, colors, quantities, design notes). Collaborate with embroidery machine operators and supervisors to identify issues. Perform tasks such as using a heat gun to shrink foam, removing excess foam pieces, trimming loose threads, marking/fixing minor mistakes, and ensuring garments are clean and neatly packaged. Count, sort, and package finished garments for shipping; discard or reject garments as needed. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; physical duties include lifting up to 75 lbs.
